Administrative Assistant
Newport Beach, CA (onsite)
3 Month Contract (potential for extension)


Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a corporate real estate brokerage team. This position will provide business operations administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Produce documents such as proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain record-keeping and filing systems.
  • Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel.
  • Conduct research and prepare materials for mass mailings.
  • Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts.
  • Sort, prioritize, and distribute inbound mail; coordinate outbound mail.
  • Handle phone inquiries and resolve issues related to department policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
  • Real estate experience highly preferred.
