Job description

Job Summary VSolvit has an immediate opening for Data Engineer to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division customer in Norco, California. The individual plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing data infrastructure to support Navy operations, intelligence, and decision-making. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring the efficient processing and integration of large data sets from various sources. The Data Engineer works closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to provide reliable data that can be used for advanced analytics, machine learning models, and real-time decision-making processes. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.
