Are you a skilled Financial Analyst looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading company in the housing industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Financial Analyst - FULLY ONSITE

Location: Oakland, CA

Pay Range: Up to $64 per hour

What's the Job?

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
