Overview:
Join our team as a Program Assistant, where your exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills will play a key role in efficiently managing the administrative office and contributing to the success of our program.
The primary responsibility of the Program Assistant is the general operations of the program's administrative office. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organizational and analytical skills, be able to prioritize projects, have strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication skills, and be a positive team player.
ABOUT ENHANCED CARE MANAGEMENT
The Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program is a Medi-Cal managed care benefit that addresses clinical and non-clinical needs of high-need youth and families through the coordination of services, connection to community resources, and comprehensive care management.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls for the program and manage the shared email account for community partners. Oversee incoming referrals
Assist in the development, updating, and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, purchasing postage, and sending letters/flyers to families
Support in planning for and executing community events
Ensure smooth logistics for any onsite meetings/trainings and visitors including conference room reservations, meal planning and logistics, both in preparation and execution
Maintain well-organized and accessible electronic and paper forms and files
Process all mail, correspondence and information to and from the program's office, including correspondence to and from the Program Director
Manage program petty cash reimbursement and Program Director credit card expense report
Complete required program reports and scheduling
Generate reports and synthesize data pertaining to program performance, demographics, and measurable outcomes
Qualifications:
REQUIRED
Education/experience requirements: Bachelor's degree OR
Associate degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable work experience OR
High school diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable work experience
Applicable work experience includes any paid or unpaid experience in an administrative capacity requiring customer service, data entry, ability to prioritize multiple projects within strict deadlines, and coordination with multiple departments
Capacity to engage and develop rapport with youth, families, and community partners from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
At least 21 years of age
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.
PREFERRED
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
SKILLS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ability to structure and perform routine tasks
Ability to work as a team member
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and a variety of technology platforms
Excellent organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
Schedule:
Full - TimeMonday - Friday
9:00 AM- 5:30 PM
Ability to work occasionally outside standard hours, including before 9 AM, after 5:30 PM, and some weekends as needed
Hybrid-Remote work with occasional travel to nearby Seneca Bay area locations
Benefits:
Starting at $25.46- $27.96 per hour
Actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role
Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam
