Pay rate range: $22-26/hr.

Job Details:

Position: Technical Assistant

Location: 300 Lakeside Dr, Oakland, CA, USA 94612

Duration: 6 months ()

Description:

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Position is Headquartered in Oakland however it is a Hybrid position. They will need to go to OGO at least 2 days per week, sometimes more.

TOP THINGS:

Note taking, Meeting Preparation/Power Points, Self-Reliant (can do things without constant direction)

Client laptop will be provided. They can submit cell and internet expense for pre-determined amount with manager prior approval. Any other tools/equipment should be supplied by the vendor. Will need a cell phone either personal use or provided by supplier. Mileage can be reimbursed if traveling to an alternate HQ other than home office. Meals can be expensed if needed to travel out of town with manager prior approval.

Create and maintain standard reports and ad hoc queries in Excel

Various administrative tasks and other projects as assigned

Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and safety policies

Data entry

Good organizational skills

Ability to take direction both verbal and written from a variety of sources

Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of quality and accuracy in a variety of duties

Create transmittal documents, Data entry

High School Diploma

Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
