Join Our Executive Team: Director of Behavioral Health

Location: Ontario, California

Salary: Approximately $200,000 annually

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Your Executive Mission

As the Director of Behavioral Health, you'll be a key member of our executive leadership team, blending strategic oversight with hands-on clinical expertise. This unique role offers the flexibility to craft your ideal balance of leadership and patient care, tailored to your strengths and our organization's needs.

Key Executive Responsibilities (60-80% of your role)

• Strategic Visionary: Shape and execute the overarching behavioral health strategy, aligned with our organization's mission and goals.
• C-Suite Collaborator: Work directly with the CEO and executive peers to drive organizational success and integrated care initiatives.
• Program Architect: Design and implement a cutting-edge, comprehensive behavioral health program across multiple sites.
• Team Builder: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of behavioral health professionals.
• Innovation Champion: Spearhead the integration of behavioral health into primary care, pioneering new models of care delivery.

Clinical Excellence (20-40% of your role)

• Provide direct patient care, leveraging your expertise in ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders for both children and adults.
• Maintain your clinical edge while setting the standard for evidence-based care across the organization.

The Ideal Candidate

• California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) with a passion for community health and executive leadership
• Proven track record in both clinical excellence and healthcare administration
