Responsibilities:
The Project Team Lead will manage and coordinate the execution of projects pertaining to the revenue cycle process improvement. This role assists the Manager or Director of Process Improvement in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Team Lead will also work closely with stakeholders (including but not limited to Finance, Legal, Analytics, Business Offices, Patient Access and others) to drive revenue cycle process improvement initiatives. This is a non-exempt position.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on project leadership.
3. Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, and claims management.
4. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.).
7. Proven track record of working with remote teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials.
2. Experience with healthcare information systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech, or similar).
3. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.45 to $31.79. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
