Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Position Summary: As the Administrative Manager for Facilities, the incumbent is responsible for the management of financial and business operations and associated staff for all five departments (Facilities, Grounds, Plant, Biomed, EH&S and Emergency Management) within Facilities. Provides high level strategic financial analysis, establishes relationships with internal and external stakeholders, reviews departmental processes and provides input on management decision making. Oversees financial and operations systems to ensure optimal control, including reviewing processes and improving efficiencies, and oversight of accounting, budgeting, purchasing and payroll activities within the department. Serves as a resource to the departmental directors on general administrative and financial policies and procedures of the medical center, campus, and systemwide. Directly supervises a group of four employees in the front office/customer service unit.
