Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for the assisting in the management and fiscal oversight of several community multispecialty clinics. In coordination with leadership, assist with planning organizing, and managing the administrative and business operations of the clinics, ensuring compliance with budgets, policy, and patient satisfaction standards. Assist leadership to strategize best practices for project and asset management within the clinics. This position also provides financial analysis and strategic planning as well as manages the budgetary controls in partnership with various levels of management.

Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinic practice management position or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated experience with budgetary processes including establishing, maintaining, and reporting income, expenses, and variances
Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
Ability to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Orange County healthcare market
Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices especially as relates to practice management
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
Experience working in a UC and/or union environment
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese
