Job description

Description: Independently lead and prepare CEQA/NEPA documents. • Preparation of impact analysis, working closely with EA analysts, sub-consultants, and project managers. • Prepares reports, recommendations, assessments, and impact statements based on data from the project at hand. • Provide planning support to complex projects. • Collaborates with engineers to research, analyze, and resolve complex environmental compliance challenges. • Responsible for project setup, project delivery, project controls, business development, client satisfaction, and profitability. • Mentor junior staff. • Develop and manage key client relationships locally and in Southern California. • Initiate, prepare, and review proposals. • Prepare project deliverables and project-related correspondence. • Direct and prepare Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and supporting technical studies.
