Overview:
East West Bank is currently seeking a Community Partnership Manager. The Community Partnership Manager is primarily responsible for administering the East West Bank Corporation ("the Bank") and the East West Bank Foundation's ("Foundation") charitable giving and supports the Community Development's team's bank-wide community and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manages and administer the bank and Foundation's overall nonprofit corporate giving.
Conduct Community Development related research and analyze reports for management and committee purposes
Manage all data collection for related Community Development giving functions.
Working closely with all (11AA) regions to ensure annual giving deliverables.
Writing, coordinating and editing materials related to community development efforts.
Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure success and execution both qualitatively and quantitatively.
Will support off-site business events during the day and/or evening when assigned.
Will help organize and support the bank's weekend community service activities when assigned.
Will customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgement in the performance of his/her duties.
Administer the company's annual workplace giving campaign and support the annual WalkUnitedLA 5K Run/Walk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Two to Three years related experience preferred.
Must have strong work ethics, punctuality and maintain a good attendance.
Ability to work independently, productively and efficiently in a team-oriented, fast paced environment.
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, if needed.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent people and organizational skills; above average ability to handle multiple priorities.
Accept other duties as assigned.
Requires high-level of attention to detail, take ownership and accountability.
Enthusiastic self-starter with good project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrate effective solving skills, ability to exercise initiative and a team player
Ability to work in support of and collaboratively with a range of people at all levels internally and externally.

Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $(phone number removed)/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
