Volt is immediately hiring DMV Title Administers in Pasadena ,Ca
Volt takes great care of our great hires!
As a DMV Title Administer you will:

  • Processes all new and used vehicles for registration for Commercial Vehicles in the state in which they will be titled.
  • Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
  • Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
  • Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Prepares tax and title documents.
  • Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
  • Stays abreast of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.

This is a Part Time 1st Shift Onsite Position
Pay Rates are $28-32/hr
The ideal candidate will have:
  • MFG Certification of Origin (Required)
  • Attention to Detail
  • Computer Literate
  • Meet all DMV Compliance


Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
