Job description
Join the collaborative and interdisciplinary team of independent professionals that represent a unique model in direct response to the needs expressed by families. The group has three neuropsychologists and are looking to add one more due to the growth of the group.
The group's unique model develops integrated treatment plants, uniting multiple professionals under one roof. By collecting highly skilled professionals in various fields and offering them all in one location, they greatly improve the overall quality of care of each client, while significantly reducing the stress and anxiety on the individual and family.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
They are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist/Pediatric Neuropsychologist to provide Comprehensive Psychological/Neuropsychological Evaluations and who meets the following requirements:
-The ideal candidate will hold PsyD or PhD in Psychology or Neuropsychology and be fully licensed within their profession in the state of California.
-Experience providing comprehensive and in-depth psychological/neuropsychological evaluations for the ages of 3-18 and specific experience with school-aged children.
-Knowledge of attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, and intersubjectivity/relational theory is a must. Ideally, the right candidate will commit to familiarizing themselves with the concepts and approaches of interpersonal neurobiology.
-Values collaboration, holistic approach, and reflective consultation.
-Options for teleassessment and low-risk in-person sessions.

-Interest in and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative working environment that emphasizes a holistic, team approach to mental health and well-being.
-Familiarity with collaborating with schools, both public and private, and participating in IEP/Student Support process.
-Ability to manage client billing, records, and revenue reporting via Therapy Notes (training available upon hire).
-Interest in offering supervisory hours a plus.
Administrative:
-Attendance at weekly strategy/training/case management meetings on Mondays (from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm). Part of what makes this practice so special is their interdisciplinary approach. Each member of the team brings with them their own areas of expertise (educational therapists, neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, psychotherapists, etc.), and together they participate in weekly meetings to lend multiple lenses of expertise to cases, support, and learn from one another.
-Manage referrals in a timely manner.
-Facilitate connections in the community among other professionals, agencies, and schools.
-Be responsible for accurate and timely documentation as established by the interdisciplinary team and professional standards.
-Maintain administrative responsibility for your clinical practice (e.g. billing, record keeping, etc.).
-Other duties as necessary.
