Overview:
The Labor Management Analyst position will generate, review and analyze Labor Management System (LMS) reports and provide feedback to facility leadership. This role will ultimately support leadership in improving facility utilization and performance to engineered labor standards. This position work will work within the Distribution warehouse environment and will report to the General Manager.

The Labor Management Analyst position will generate, review and analyze Labor Management System (LMS) reports and provide feedback to facility leadership. This role will ultimately support leadership in improving facility utilization and performance to engineered labor standards. This position work will work within the Distribution warehouse environment and will report to the General Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Will lead and provide oversight and support the facility and any and all of the facilities dealings within the LMS, specifically Manhattan software.

Analyzes and interprets labor performance on an ongoing basis then effectively communicates findings and makes appropriate recommendations to site leadership and management.

Understand business specific reports and develop analytics to support labor execution and accountability.

Assists in delivering labor process improvement initiatives, adhering to schedule, budget, scope, and quality requirements.

Run, review, and distribute LMS reporting for site leadership.

Work with the Supervisors to ensure they are performing daily standards observations as well as baseline.

Reconcile previous day's reports which identify errors and communicate to Supervisors for data correction.

Ensure that the supervisors are correctly entering beginning/ending shifts and indirect time.

Train new Supervisors on LMS functionality and teach the benefits of the LMS visibility to local teams as needed.

Solve any Level 1 Help Desk issues for local Operations teams.

Activate and deactivate users as necessary from LMS.

Review associates' time clock activities to ensure accuracy

Update site Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) in area of labor functionality as needed

Requirements:

Associate's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, information technology, logistics preferred.

Three to five years of related working knowledge in distribution operations and/or 3PL experience

Past experience working in an LMS environment is preferred

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience (Manhattan WMOS preferred)

Basic understanding of SQL preferred

MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Access.

Available off-hours as necessary to support the 24/7 facility

Ability to sit, stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day

Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variations and ability to access all areas of building without limitations.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to proactively and independently resolve and answer routine problems and questions

Schedule: M-F 5am-2pm

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $67,000.00. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
