About the job: Critical Control is searching for a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager in Petaluma. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations, managing a talented team, and driving the branch's success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. What you'll do:
You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of emergency response and restoration professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and commitment to our mission.
You will ensure the projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding service standards and deadlines, while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
You will ensure that all projects adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
You will implement key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the project's performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
You will represent Critical Control in the community, participating in local events and initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and presence.
You will proactively identify areas for process improvement and innovation, leading initiatives to enhance the project's efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
You have five or more years experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or related service industries.
You have strong leadership and team management skills
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
You are knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
You have demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
You have availability for on-call duty as required.
