We are currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst II in Pomona, CA.

Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst II will support the organization's Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analytics roles. This will require in-depth knowledge of construction project-based accounting, strong analytical and data mining skills, and excellent communication skills as this role will interact across operational and functional departments. The position will report directly into the Director of Finance & Controls.

Specifically, the role will be responsible for:

Accurate and timely forecasting

Reconciliation of business development and operational information into one, concise rolling forecast utilizing the standard application

Bridge prior forecast to current forecast vs quarter vs annual

Reporting and Analytics

Accurate and timely reporting to assess job performance.

Budget vs Actual

Defined KPIs

Resource Utilization

Procurement plan vs actual

DSO and Aging

Management Discussion and Analysis with a focus on remediation

Accurate and timely reporting to assess overhead/SG&A spends.

Budget vs Actual

Defined KPIs

Management Discussion and Analysis with a focus on remediation

Cash flow

Initial project plan

Status

Internal Audit

Audit programs

Audit processes and transactions associated with

Procurement

Payroll

Job Cost

Expense reports

Support Fleet analytics

Analyze and report costs for the division.

Prepare analytics of over/under allocation

Business case modeling supporting capital expenditure.

Bid/Rate sheet comparison to actuals.

Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience:

5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Salary Range:

$83,000 - $124,000 per year (DOE)
