About This Role:Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Executive Assistant. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Comptroller Department and will perform various clerical and secretarial duties in support of the organization, programs, and procedures. Responsibilities:
Provide principal secretarial support for two individuals, and to the staff of Comptroller department
Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the supervisors and staff
Work independently with no supervision and minimal initial guidance
Perform various clerical and secretarial duties requiring strong knowledge of office routine and a very strong understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office
Prior experience managing executive calendars. Ability to de-conflict and schedule meetings using Outlook and TEAMS
Reviewing and routing correspondence
Track deliverables
Gather and organize information, data transferring, generating reports, and taking meeting minutes The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently Strong administrative skills to include data entry, call screening, type 60+ wpm, self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment Professional Certifications:N/AEducation:B.S. in Associated fields Clearance:Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearanceorability to obtain a Secret Clearance Years of Professional Experience:
