Military Veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply! About This Role: Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented HR Workforce Development Support Analyst! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department. He/She will support the Workforce Development Branch in day-to-day operations Responsibilities:
Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command's mentoring program and workforce application process for external leadership programs, to include maintaining various sites on the portal. Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development of leadership training opportunities for the general workforce. Assist with various aspects of leadership training classes such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the Leadership and Command Interest Program Managers. Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce. Develop and maintain various metrics. Conduct needs assessmentsThe "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Mid-level to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills. Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include; Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting. Proactive, organized, on-time, produce quality products in a timely manner, organized, dependable, available for work.
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
