Job description

ProSync is seeking to hire a full-time member for our intelligence team to assess information to identify security threats and develop strategies to prevent and counter them, provide excellent briefing skills on subject matter in question, as well as work with various technologies in the environment. The pay for this position ranges from $110-150k based on relevant candidate experience. Overall Requirements:
• An associate's degree from an accredited college/university and four (4) years of experience related to intelligence and analysis. • Allowable substitution: Six (6) years of professional experience related to intelligence and analysis. Four (4) years of experience in the following areas of intelligence and analysis: • Gathering, analyzing, or evaluating information from various sources, intelligence networks
• Using intelligence data to anticipate and prevent organized unwanted activities and threats, including terrorism
• Preparing intelligence reports, handling sensitive information, and providing recommendations.
• Assessing threats, analyzing trends, and formulating strategies to reduce risks
Two (2) years of experience: • Creating action-oriented intelligence products and solutions; and
• Providing analytical and subject matter expertise on all source intelligence threat reporting. • Functional Responsibility: Apply a basic knowledge of a professional discipline, the principles and techniques of inductive and deductive reasoning, and a subject-matter knowledge of either a geographical area of functional area to the production of finished intelligence reports and/or they apply the knowledge of a professional discipline such as international relations, current history, military science or political science and knowledge of the operations and resources of the organizations which make up the intelligence community to a subject-matter specialty in the field of intelligence operations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
