Job Description: The ILS, DMS and Supply Support position will provide Product and Program support to E24 supply department at NSWC Port Hueneme Division for the NATO Sea Sparrow Surface Missile System (NSSMS) . The successful candidate will become a part of a very dynamic, fast-paced team that requires flexibility in tasking to rapidly respond to fleet requirements. Specific duties and responsibilities include: Receive, investigate and evaluate DMS alerts Assign DMS cases for obsolescence mitigation and prepare DMS solutions, recommendations, and status reports Review and analyze DMS technical documentation and prepare recommendations Develop and maintain inventories, shipments procurements, support equipment trackers Provide program support with data gathering and analysis that support program deliverables Coordinate weekly/monthly program meetings Review and track Logistics products in various databases and systems Track inventory and warehouse management within Navy-Enterprise Inventory Database (N-ERP) Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Prepare long range program and project plans and analyze all available data for program impacts on schedule and milestone Support, coordinate, and interface with NSWC PHD, other government activities and various Contractor offices for meetings, program schedules, milestones, and product deliveries Requirements Required Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast paced team environment. Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results. Ability to obtain a valid U.S. government secret clearance. Preferred Skills: Experience with Navy-ERP and other Navy Logistics databases Current U.S. government secret clearance. Experience with OneTouch / Logiquest Security Clearance: Applicants may need to have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the Minimum Qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance.
