Job description

ProSync is seeking to hire a full-time member of our security team to implement and support overall physical security efforts. The pay for this position ranges from $84-99k based on relevant candidate experience. Overall Requirements:
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university and five (5) years of experience in physical security. • Allowable substitution - nine (9) years of equivalent experience in physical security.
Five (5) years of experience in physical security, this experience includes:
• Responsible for managing the physical security self-assessment and resource management programs;
• Plans and conducts installation vulnerability assessment and physical security survey, to include scheduling and conducting physical security audits (inspections);
• Maintains a Physical Security Action, coordinates and maintains an up-to-date Threat Assessment; • Intrusion Detection System and Access Control Systems (ACS) concepts; • Conduct scheduling and training for various Government programs (e.g. Anti-terrorism Force Protection, Random Anti-terrorism Measures, Continuity of Operations, Emergency Management); and • Prepare written reports and briefings.
Three (3) years of experience in:
• Open Storage Secret and • Coordinating with local installation security forces. One (1) year experience in:
• Generating Preliminary Inquiry (PI) documentation
• Changing safe combinations and generating documentation (e.g. SF 700, SF 701, SF 702)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
