About This Role:Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Recruiting and Outreach Analyst. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department. He/She will support the Recruiting and Outreach Branch in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
Assist the government recruiting lead with management, trouble shooting, and training of our Talent Acquisition Portal.
Establish and manage recruiting events, creating event QR codes/text campaigns, tracking candidates and recruiter evaluations, tracking metrics, following up with candidates, issuing notifications to candidates and ensuring recruiters complete their recruiter evaluations and after-action reports. Expand contact lists at each recruited school to more aggressively go after hard-to-reach candidates to fill gaps between our workforce and the national civilian labor force and to go after talent to meet strategic hiring requirements.
Generate new and update current program documentation for internal and key stakeholder use, updating Internal Operating Procedures for all student programs, developing/updating training material and recruiting material associated with student (internship) programs. Update and track student agreements, surveys and flyers. Check intern academic compliance every semester, placing non-compliant interns on probation and other actions as appropriate. Maintain constant communication with intern supervisors to track schedule changes and conversion compliance.
Publish and update the Human Capital Investment Board (HCIB) Charter, developing supporting documentation, communicating weekly with HCIB Core members to establish HCIB Core meeting agendas. Maintain and update HCIB records to include interview questions, interview results, trackers for draft/candidate selections purposes. Develop and maintain HCIB training material. Coordinate with the recruiting lead to ensure hand off of candidates for follow up to interview, following recruiting events. Provide available candidate lists to hiring managers, to the HCIB Core, and post on the HCIB Portal site (available to all hiring managers). Schedule and coordinate all HCIB interviews.The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Knowledgeable of MS Office Suite
Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation using standardized templates
Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (annualized USD).
