Job Position: Accounting AP/AR

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Description:

Position Description: The Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable position is responsible for all accounting functions limited to and including:

- 3-way match and review vendor bills for accuracy

- Enter Vendor bills into system

- Bank and credit card Reconciliation

- Knowledge of general ledger accounts

- General ledger account reconciliation

- Experience with GAAP policy and procedures

- Work with customers/vendors on remittance.

- Various data entry in company specific software

- Maintain Accounts Payable files

- Receive and enter Customer payments into accounting software

Qualifications Required:

- A minimum of 3 years accounting experience with AP/AR/GL

- High school diploma or its equivalent

- ERP experience

- Accounting Software Proficiency

- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel

- Previous accounts payable experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment preferred

- Secondary education in Accounting preferred
