Working Location:

Redwood City: Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (In-Person Position)

Working Hours/Shift:

Full Time, Monday-Friday, AM Shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Master's degree in a social science field.
At least eight (8) years of experience in a behavioral health field and two (2) years in a leadership role, including experience in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
License or Certification
BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist with the ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulation Preferred.
Valid California Driver's License.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

This position has primary responsibility for clinical and operational oversight of the Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC). Responsible for ensuring adherence to licensing/oversight regulations and company policies.

Division/Program Overview:

MHRC is a 16 bed, inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services.
The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.
Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.
The team supports individuals in developing the skills to become self- sufficient and increase levels of independence and functioning
