SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Manager for its client in Los Angeles, CA. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 12 highly skilled technicians who troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate analytical instruments used in R&D labs across the Western Region. This role involves managing daily operations, hiring, training, and performance evaluation of technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of Field Service Technicians.


• Ensure ongoing training and skill advancement for technicians.


• Maintain adherence to corporate, safety, quality, and ISO17025 standards.


• Compile and maintain operational records, monitor performance metrics, and report product issues.


• Oversee calibration of test equipment and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, physics, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in a technical services environment.


• Advanced knowledge of engineering science and technology applications.


• Proficiency with electronic schematics, testing equipment, and repair tools.


• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service abilities.
