Job description

Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday

Duration: 3+ months possible extension

Responsibilities:

Minimum of 2 years related work experience. Demonstrated mastery of all Associate, Shop Technician competencies.

Basic technical knowledge (mechanical, electronics, and basic computer skills).

Employees may be required to work overtime - working outside the normal working hours when the need arises.

Demonstrated good work habits and observation of all safety rules.

Represents the company in a professional manner at all times including personal customer contact, written communication, or conversations.

Ability to work independently and responsibly. Ability to follow through with work directives and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills:

Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong verbal communications skills. Ability to work on a team.

Typically, a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instruction - prepare, provide and convey diversified information.

Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns.

There is frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners.

Physical effort is required in the lifting of tool cases, and assorted equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds.

Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling are required to service equipment at floor level.

May be required to work overtime or outside the normal working hours when the need arises.
