Job description

Monitoring Daily Operations: Ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance process efficiency.

Collaboration: Working with other departments to develop business process models and performance metrics.

Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on the efficiency of processes and maintaining process documentation.

Strategic Planning: Aligning operational processes with the organization's overall business objectives and setting deadlines for actions.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, analyzing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies.

Client Communication: Maintaining open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates, and responding to inquiries.

Maintaining Quality Standards: Implementing quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the project.

In support of the data security program

Agile workflow and data security

In support of 2 Engineers and 2 analysts

STANDARD AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ceremonies, tracking, collaboration, communications, reports, sprint planning, backlogs clean up, running retro spectates, PI planning, running sessions, ensuring clean data, running daily scrum meetings, data entry, reporting.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey program goals, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members.

Organizational Skills: Creating and maintaining an organized structure to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze complex parts of a structure or system and find ways to improve processes.

Conflict Resolution: Ability to settle disputes between team members and stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the program.

Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the program.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes and unexpected challenges in the program environment.

Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.

Preferred Skills:

SAFe certification

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - 53.43 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
