Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a VP Digital Banking Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Roseville, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the management of the Bank's digital banking vendors and product offerings, ensuring a seamless and optimized client experience across all digital channels
  • Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the Bank's digital banking platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with vendors
  • Provide expert guidance and training to Bank staff, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to effectively support clients using our digital solutions
  • Establish performance standards for digital banking and core system vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and fostering strong partnerships
  • Represent the Bank at digital banking conferences and events, staying ahead of trends and innovations to inform our strategic direction and product offerings
  • Keep the SVP, Branch Operations Support/Bank Security Officer informed of significant developments and challenges, contributing to strategic decision-making and reporting for the board of directors
  • Engage in a minimum of 10 hours of CRA volunteer work annually, reinforcing our commitment to community service and corporate responsibility

Embrace other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization
Directly manage and inspire the Digital Banking Team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), web browsers, mobile applications, and banking software
  • Extensive knowledge of digital banking solutions and proven experience working with vendors in this space
  • Solid understanding of banking products, operations, policies, and applicable regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • A deep understanding of the organization's direction, priorities, and goals, coupled with a strong professional presence
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, achieving results through collaboration and leadership
