We are seeking an Associate Attorney who is passionate about fighting for employee rights and ready to take on challenging cases against major corporations represented by top law firms. Associates are given a chance to build their own caseload while learning from industry-leading attorneys, ensuring professional growth and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents critical to wage and hour litigation
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies in state and federal courts
  • Play an active role in representing clients during depositions, motion hearings, and mediations
  • Enhance your research, writing, and oral advocacy skills under the mentorship of accomplished attorneys

Qualifications:


  • Active California Bar license and in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
  • Strong legal research and analytical abilities
  • Thrive in fast-paced litigation environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Practical judgment in handling complex legal issues
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Experience with California Employment Law preferred, but not required
