Under the administrative direction of the Chief Deputy Director, CalHR, and as a member of the Executive team, the incumbent provides statewide leadership in program areas that include Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA), Reasonable Accommodation (RA), Limited Examination and Appointment Program (LEAP), Interpreter Program, Bilingual Services Program, Workforce Analysis and Compliance, and the Discrimination Complaint Tracking program.
