Municipal Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Municipal Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will represent and advise public agencies in a wide range of matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public law and a deep understanding of the unique legal challenges faced by public entities. Municipal Attorney Requirements:


  • 3 years experience in general muncipal law working with cities, counties, special districts, local and state government agencies
  • Advise on open government issues (Brown Act, Conflicts of Interest, Public Records Act)
  • Manage construction and contracting matters both transactional and litigation as needed
  • High-level analystical skills, writing skills and communication
  • Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
  • Licensed in CA in good standing
