Job description
LHH is working with a firm that has an opening for a Trademark Paralegal. This can be fully remote and is full time.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys with trademark registration, maintenance, renewals, administrative proceedings in the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and trademark offices in other countries.
• Conduct trademark clearance searches, review office actions and summarize issues for attorneys.
• Draft correspondences to clients about trademark matters, prepare and file trademark prosecution forms.
• Report deadlines to docket clerk.
Experience:
• USPTO experience/knowledge and electronic filing system.
• Prepared and filed various pleadings, motions, discovery documents, etc.
• Preferred to have experience with patent and copyright matters.
Role:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• Fully remote but need to live in California or preferable Southern California.
• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $85,000 to $100,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
