Our client designs and builds commercial playgrounds, fabric shade structures and more recreational amenities for city parks, school districts and other commercial clients.
They are growing at a rapid pace, doubling our revenue in the last 12 months, with our annual revenue exceeding 9.8 million dollars in 2023.

On top of our base salary, we offer a very competitive uncapped commission structure, with our average sales rep earning six figures in total annual income within their first 18 months.
We are looking for hard-working individuals to find, design, close and manage all types of recreation projects, from simple preschool playgrounds to more complex city parks.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, your duties are to find & secure new projects and ensure those projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Visit landscape architects and city offices to set up lunch and learn presentations to educate potential customers on our product line.
Attend mandatory site walks to bid on public works projects.
Perform sales consultations on client sites, measuring their space and putting together an initial proposal.
Work from home 50% of time, 50% on the road visiting job sites/prospects as needed.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
Oversee project procurement management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Skills
Proven work experience as an outside sales rep or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with construction is preferred, not required.
Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
A key aspect of the role will be to build new relationships with key accounts/decision makers at large school districts, municipalities, construction companies, and other large entities.

We take a project from a vision to a reality by providing the customer with renderings, site plans and pricing to help them finalize their design and to create something truly special.
We are looking for someone who is personable, detail oriented and focused for this role. Having the ability to work with clients on their design visions for their new park/amenity space and continue to adjust the design to best meet their needs.
Once a deal is secured, you will also be responsible for seeing the deal through final construction. This involves coordinating with all of Zoom Recreation's subcontractors and suppliers leading up to the project to ensure everything is set in place.
Preferred experience:
-2-3 years in a professional sales role with experience sending detailed emails and working through a CRM system.
-Experience in a construction sales role or project management role
-Experience in project management or project coordination for a construction firm
-Experience selling to government/public entities and a track record of success with these key accounts
