  • How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 6 months-1 year preferred in Call center/Scheduling environment

  • Expected Shift: 8-5PM - No OT unless approved by Client. Potential weekend work after training, so candidate needs to be flexible.

  • Interview Process: IN PERSON INTERVIEWS - 15 minutes back-to-back (Friday, Monday and Tuesday mornings starting at 9AM) Interview availability should be on resumes for easy scheduling.

  • Top Daily Responsibilities: answer phones, create messages (capture full information), scheduling/appointment scheduling in EPIC (healthconnect), research

  • Top (3) Skills Candidate Should Have:

  • Call center and scheduling

  • Service or/customer service

  • Job hopper vs longer employers

  • Medical terminology

  • Multitask

  • Typing - average 40 WPM

  • Office setting experience - 6 months - 1 year

    Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Microsoft suites (outlook, teams, SharePoint), EPIC (healthconnect)
