Our client, a nationwide consumer goods company, is urgently seeking a Contract HR Generalist to support Employee Relations, focusing on HR investigations, policy management, and providing business-oriented HR guidance. This role is fully remote.

Day to Day!

• Conduct HR investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and address business-related HR inquiries.
• Support hourly workforce management and navigate labor issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, particularly in California (if applicable).
• Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, benefits, and compensation.

About You!

• 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, with a focus on HR investigations and policy.
• Knowledge of California labor laws.
• Strong background in Employee Relations, policy management, and business support.
• Ability to work with an hourly workforce and navigate labor issues.
