Salary: The hiring salary for Data Quality Analyst is starting at 73,647. The full pay range for Data Quality Analyst is $62,946-$100,714.

About the Job:
The Business Intelligence department is looking for a Data Quality Analyst with a strong technical background and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role is central to maintaining the quality and reliability of the organization's data assets, working closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement robust data quality processes.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently manage data quality initiatives, having a lasting impact on the airport's operations by ensuring that all business decisions are based on clean, consistent, and reliable data. With the ability to solve complex, unique challenges that are more robust and opaque than those typically found in the private sector, this role is essential in supporting the dynamic nature of our airport's operations.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with stakeholders: Identify data owners and stewards, gather data requirements, and align on data quality objectives. Provide expert advice based on assessments.
Design and conduct data quality checks: Independently ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by conducting profiling and analysis to resolve quality issues.
Champion data quality processes: Lead workgroups and promote a culture of data quality, acting as the expert on complex governance matters.
Stay updated on data quality trends: Ensure tools and methodologies remain current with industry standards.
The Skills We Are Looking For:

Leadership & Influencing: Leads data quality initiatives with independence, motivates teams, and gains support for ideas and solutions.
Project Management: Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, efficiency, and collaboration for successful outcomes.
Requirements
The Experience You Need to Have:
Three years of experience in data analysis of data management with a focus on data quality and any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in computer science, information management, data science, or a closely related field.
Preferred Education, Certification, and Licenses:
Master's degree in data science, computer science, information management, or a closely related field.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Informatica Data Quality Developer Certified Professional, Data Governance & Stewardship Professional (DGSP), Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
