Schedule: This is a full-time role with no weekends!

Monday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Friday: 7am - 2:30pm

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

Responsibilities:

The Dental Front Office Coordinator should:

Create and maintain and environment where patients are comfortable and enjoy seeing us!

Develop productive schedules.

Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.

Manage patient documents and records.

Process and complete claim forms.

Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Adhere to office dress code.

Check patients out appropriately.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience working as a Dental Front Office Coordinator

Experience with Dentrix is a plus!

Strong knowledge of Dental operations

Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits

Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
