Job Description

This position plays a key role in helping to shape, execute and scale ServiceNow's employee volunteering program. Global Impact is about living our purpose every day by creating differentiated value for our employees, our customers and society with focus on sustaining our planet, creating equitable opportunity, acting with integrity, and using our solutions to workflow a better world. The Specialist will work closely with the Head of Employee Volunteering to accelerate and scale our program globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate companywide volunteer initiatives

Create the strategy and manage the Global Impact Councils

Manage ServiceNow's online employee giving and volunteering portal, Giving at Now

Support volunteering and giving at cultural moments

Support third-party vendor relationships to drive employee engagement

Assist with logistics for team volunteering initiatives

Draft communications for internal engagement initiatives to drive participation and awareness of opportunities and programs

Partner with the Workplace Services teams to execute in-office events

Document volunteering operations and drive continuous innovation

Partner with the communication and talent brand teams to share employee volunteer stories and amplify our culture of giving

Analyze and organize data to provide insights into trends and reports on impact

Create and update employee resources and templates for volunteer offerings
