Job description

HQ NMCI Requirements Lead Network Support San Diego, CA, Experience: The HQ NMCI Network Support Lead shall have five (5) years of experience which substantially satisfies working with the following: NMCI (or equivalent) systems (Hewlett Packard Service Manager (HPSM), NMCI Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), and Seat Resource Management (SRM), account creation and oversight of the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process, supporting NMCI contract. Strong oral and writing skills to work closely with all levels of personnel involved in IT operations and technical aspects of systems. Overall computer proficiency including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships and effectively communicate with senior management, project managers, and IT operations staff. Demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience to apply a methodology to projects that have well-defined requirements and deliverables. Years of experience beyond the minimum may be considered a strength. Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited college/university; may substitute five (5) years of relevant professional work experience (in addition to the experience described below) for the associate's degree requirement. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, HQ NMCI Requirements Lead Network Support Manager shall have one of the following certifications to comply with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570.01-M IAT Level II Baseline Certification requirements: CCNA Security CySA+ GICSP GSEC Security+ CE SSCP Clearance: Secret Physical and Environmental Conditions: • Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers.
