Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our excellent, diverse team of security professionals. This position reports to the Rancho Carmel SAP Security Manager. This is an on-site position at the Rancho Carmel campus, located in San Diego, CA. The selected candidate will support the management and execution of security as it applies to program protection and Industrial Security oversight for our Industrial Security Programs. As the Industrial Security Analyst, you will be responsible for multiple facets of security operations such as visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, investigation of security incidents, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections and other tasks as requested by the SAP Security Manager. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and personnel. You should be able to make independent decisions and work with little direct supervision while representing the security organization. This position will be supporting a fast-paced environment which required the interpretation and implementation of special access program procedures, 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD). Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Duties include, but are not limited to: As an Industrial Security Analyst, you will perform as the Industrial Security Analyst for multiple complex and growing programs.

• Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Operation Security (OPSEC) requirements
• Security Education and Awareness Training (SETA)
• Collaborating with program management and various senior officials to meet mission requirements, comply with customers' expectations, and adhere to applicable security policies, directives, and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years security administrative experience. An additional four years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) Organized and efficient at time management Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs).
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as an CPSO. Active Top-Secret clearance. Working knowledge Of Workday and SIMS applications. Working knowledge of Lenel access control systems. Working knowledge DISS and JADE applications. Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision. OPSEC program experience. Classification review experience. Prior TSCO experience. Experience in multiple operating environments including Collateral, Special Access Programs (SAP), and Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI). Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Must be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and will be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets. Organized and efficient at time managementSalary Range: $72,100 - $108,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
