Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI, be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree (or six additional years' experience) Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 Job Description: Provide NAVWAR PMO with technical services from emerging development to sustainment in science and technology. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in updating the Technology Readiness Assessment (TRA) levels for PMO programs and projects in sustainment Provide written comments and recommendations to update, revise, review, and consolidate technical documentation, diagrams, graphs, charts, tables, and data necessary to submit the TRA for program review to obtain TRA approval in time to support the schedules outlined in the program IMS Provide comments and recommendations on architecture training material to address operational and systems integration issues for programs and projects in sustainment Assist in evaluating PMO programs and recommend tools, techniques, and products that support current development activities, and potential next-generation tools and products for PMO Provide written comments and recommendations to generate, update, revise, review, and consolidate technical documentation, diagrams, graphs, charts, tables, and data necessary to submit the TRA for program review and obtain TRA approval in time to support the schedules outlined in the program IMS Provide written comments and recommendations for the development of Technology Transition Plans Assist in developing technical papers for initiating new research and development efforts, to include conducting analysis, reviewing technical submissions, and evaluating alignment of effort to PMO programs and projects Required Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience performing engineering functions in DoD or Navy organizations Proficient knowledge of MS Office software Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or six additional years' relevant experience or Associate's Degree and four additional years' relevant experience Physical Requirements: Sitting 70% Standing 30%, Climbing 0%, Walking 10%, Lifting up to 50lbs 0%, Pulling/Pushing up to 50lbs 5%, Carrying up to 25lbs 10%, Grasping 5%, Stooping or Crouching 5%, Crawling on hands and knees 0%, Reaching 10%, Near Acuity, Color Determination 100%, Speaking with customers 50%, Listening 50%, Sight 100%, Use of Hands/Fingers 90%.
