Job description

Transform Lives and Lead a Dedicated Team as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor!

Are you a passionate clinical professional with a desire to make a meaningful impact on individuals transitioning out of incarceration? Join us as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for Project In-Reach Ministry and help guide incarcerated individuals with co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders as they prepare to reenter the community. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a dynamic team of clinicians and staff, while providing essential services like individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention. Your guidance will ensure clients receive the support they need to succeed, from accessing mental health and housing resources to employment assistance.

Why This Role is a Great Opportunity:

Lead with Purpose: Supervise and mentor a diverse team while overseeing all clinical services, including group and individual counseling, nursing, and employment support. Make a real difference in the lives of individuals navigating their transition from detention to the community.

Comprehensive Services: Provide direct case management and counseling, including crisis intervention, mental health assessments, and referrals for community services such as housing and vocational support.

Collaborative Environment: Work closely with Program Directors and the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, assist with MediCal certifications, and contribute to program development. You'll have a hand in shaping the future of the program!

Support the Team: Provide clinical supervision and training to both new and existing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and continuous professional development.

Be a Community Resource: Engage with local law enforcement, courts, and community organizations, ensuring clients have the resources and support they need for a successful transition.

What We're Looking For:

Licensing & Experience: We're looking for an experienced and licensed clinical professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) with at least six months of licensure or certification, and experience working with the incarcerated population and underserved communities such as Latino and African-American populations.

Leadership & Skills: Strong leadership skills to supervise staff, monitor progress, and assist with program development. Experience with motivational interviewing, crisis management, and case management is essential.

Commitment to Community: Ability to build rapport with clients, correctional staff, and local service agencies to create a support network that ensures the success of individuals transitioning from detention.

Additional Qualifications: A valid California Driver's License, CPR/First Aid Certification, and TB test required. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Make a Real Difference. Lead with Impact.

If you're ready to take on a rewarding leadership role in a program that transforms lives, we want to hear from you! Apply today and help guide individuals on their path to recovery and a brighter future.
