Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts instructor led training and assess progress of students in meeting desired objectives, including advises and assistis them to improve their performance
Analyzes actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative and rational basis for decision-making or resource allocation related to training
Develops and delivers complex technical presentations to high-level program management and customers
Leads major program and/or design reviews and major proposal activities
Provides functional and technical guidance to lower level employees
Provides leadership and technical direction for a project team
Seeks new business opportunities in related technical areas
Identifies new customers and/or develops additional tasking with existing customer
Gives oral briefings and communicates effectively in writing to negotiate and conduct discussions with customers and to advise using a high degree of tact and diplomacy
Utilizes knowledge of military related experience in the application of C2, ISR, and air-ground combat TTPs or operational challenges
Utilizes knowledge and experience in Naval operations and or general military implemented tactics, techniques, & procedures
Interacts with foreign combat units, unified commands, intelligence, and support agencies as necessary
Will travel up to 50% to OCONUS sites Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Prior military analysts and/or military operations personnel with 4+ years of recent intelligence/operational/training experience
Comfortable with presenting and instructing to large groups both in-person and virtually
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Must be willing to travel up to 50%, OCONUS sites DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to present to a camera for curriculum related projects
Prior military and or DoD experience desired
Understanding of Naval or Ground Operations
Knowledge of IPOE/IPB
