Job Description: We are seeking a NMCI Network Requirements Analyst who will provide NMCI network support to enable the successful execution of our project supporting the Commander, Naval Air Force, US Pacific Fleet (CNAP) located at U.S. Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include: Supports all NMCI MACs for HQ staff. Coordinate inventory management for HQ assets and manage .NET Databases. Conduct asset inventories. Support tech refreshes and ensure devices are certified as required. Request quotes from DLA and submit ITPR and OJF for Services. Create user accounts for NIPR, SIPR, UNCLASS & SECRET NNPI at check-in. Ensure user permissions, security groups, file shares, and resource mailboxes are validated using NET and Active Directory. Here's what you need: 5+ years of experience working with NMCI (or equivalent) systems (Hewlett Packard Service Manager (HPSM), NMCI Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), and Seat Resource Management (SRM). Account creation and oversight of the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process, supporting NMCI contract. Strong oral and writing skills to work closely with all levels of personnel involved in IT operations and technical aspects of systems. Overall computer proficiency including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships and effectively communicate with senior management, project managers, and IT operations staff. Knowledge of NMCI network and information systems. Bonus points if you have: 5+ years of experience supporting the US Navy in NMCI requirements development. Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Education: Associate degree from an accredited college/university In lieu of an Associate's degree, possess one of the following certifications to comply with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570.01-M IAT Level II Baseline Certification requirements: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP.
