This position is pre award Qualifications: Clearance Level: Secret is required, Top Secret with SCI eligibility is desired Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or other related engineering or computer science discipline. Experience: Required Experience (within past seven years): Minimum three (3) years of experience or demonstrated Test and Evaluation (T&E) experience supporting programs and projects through the various acquisition milestones and testing phases reporting)(designing, planning, execution, analysis, and demonstrated Test and Evaluation (T&E) experience Minimum three (3) years of experience or preparing, maintaining, updating and reviewing the full range of test and test-related documentation for adequacy, specification/performance requirements compliance, conformity with mandatory guidance. Desired Experience (Five years within the past 10 years): Experience with open architecture constructs like Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS), Open Mission Systems (OMS), Open Communication Standard (OCS); utilizing the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI). Experience with LPD (Low Probability of Detection) and LPI (Low Probability of Intercept) waveforms and anti-jam capabilities communication capabilities.
