LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join a well-established non-profit organization. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable professionalism, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and grace.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate party

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling conference rooms and organizing catering as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's standards

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents

  • Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and internal teams, providing exceptional customer service at all times


Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 year of previous experience in a receptionist, administrative or customer service role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional demeanor and appearance

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday

  • 40 hours per week

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Onsite

  • Contract-to-hire

  • Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego

  • Compensation $19.00-$24.00 per hour (DOE)
