Job description

Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI, be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree (or six additional years' experience) Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 Job Description: Provide contract management services to NAVWAR to assist with the development of contract strategy, planning, and administration. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the development of contracting strategies for development and production contracts not related to this task order Generate, review and provide support to the preparation of contract documentation. Contract documentation includes Procurement Requests (PR), Modification Requests (MR), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and additional documentation as required Track, Distribute and Maintain Program and Project Contractual. Data to include Delivery Orders, Amendments, PRs, MRs, CDRLs, etc. as required Track, distribute, and maintain program and project contract data requirement lists (CDRLs). Facilitate CDRL comment adjudication and resolution between the government and vendors. Identify deficiencies, recommend modifications and solutions and provide comments to specific CDRLs Track DoD, Navy, Naval System Management Activity (NSMA), NAVWAR, and PEO C4I Contract Policy Updates and assist in ensuring that all contracts adhere to current policies Oversee the tracking of contract actions and schedules and provide a weekly status report for all contracts. Assist in contract tool development, create and maintain contract libraries, portal sites, assisting contract-related formal and informal Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) events, develop and document contract related processes and procedures, and create briefs and training materials. Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of contract deliverables and project/program briefings and presentations. Required Qualifications At least 10 years of recent experience managing contracts for Navy or other DoD organizations Proficient knowledge of MS Office software Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or six additional years' relevant experience or Associate's Degree and four additional years' relevant experience Physical Requirements: Sitting 70% Standing 30%, Climbing 0%, Walking 10%, Lifting up to 50lbs 0%, Pulling/Pushing up to 50lbs 5%, Carrying up to 25lbs 10%, Grasping 5%, Stooping or Crouching 5%, Crawling on hands and knees 0%, Reaching 10%, Near Acuity, Color Determination 100%, Speaking with customers 50%, Listening 50%, Sight 100%, Use of Hands/Fingers 90%.
