Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in land development and grading in the residential sector. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in drainage and stormwater management, contributing to a diverse project portfolio. This position offers significant career advancement opportunities, including potential ownership within a 5-year plan.

Responsibilities:

Lead project planning and management for various civil engineering projects.

Oversee the design and implementation of grading and improvement plans.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project compliance and efficiency.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

Must Have's:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development and grading.

Professional Engineering (PE) license in California is required.

Expertise in drainage and stormwater management is highly preferred.

Proven ability to lead and manage comprehensive engineering projects.

Office-based with a collaborative and flexible work culture.

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
