Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trust and Probate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to provide tailored legal solutions while furthering your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide legal counsel and representation in all aspects of trust and probate law, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation.
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Represent clients in probate court and related proceedings.
  • Advise clients on strategies for minimizing estate taxes and avoiding probate.
  • Assist with the administration of estates and trusts, including asset distribution and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in trust and probate law.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active California State Bar membership.
  • 3-15 years of experience in trust and probate litigation.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
