Summary:

As a partner to cross-functional teams across all of the company, we tie our goals to our most important company initiatives, driving towards shared KPIs, strategies and processes to unify and push the brand and business forward.
Responsibilities:
Help drive and deliver excellence on our global brand awareness campaign.
This role will be instrumental in building the plans and managing day-to-day campaign workstreams with our internal creative and strategy teams and key agency partners, ensuring the timely and efficient development, roll-out, and management of campaign initiatives.
Work cross-functionally to help coordinate and connect the dots across the various campaign workstreams.
Have experience working at a creative agency and understand the various aspects of creative, brand strategy, and campaign management.
Manage the brand awareness campaign workstreams, including all media and creative initiatives
Manage day-to-day project needs inc. exec and team comms, budget, and workback schedules
Partner with and manage key agencies to establish timelines, key milestones, and deliverables for the rebranding project
Work cross-functionally with other PMs and The Studio leaders to align on campaign planning, strategies, workback schedules and priorities
Partner with The Studio leads and agency partners to identify priorities, risks and opportunities
Be a team and brand ambassador internally and with our agency partners, cultivating strong relationships to help keep the work running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
6+ years as a project/program manager or account manager, either in-house or at an agency; experience in technology or B2B a plus
Proven ability to apply a strategic lens to project management, understanding what questions to ask and how to connect the dots
Experience managing and executing on large scale projects such as global campaigns
Self-starter who is curious and takes initiative
Proven ability to work with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and agency partners, delivering clear communications and actionable feedback with a positive, helpful attitude
Experience working within a creative organization and a deep knowledge of the creative process
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, as well as with external agencies
Proven experience managing multiple projects, delivering on time and on budget
Excellent leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Experience working in Asana a plus

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
